Can I return or exchange items in my order?

Yes, returns and exchanges for change of mind are allowed within 30 days of delivery or pickup, provided the products are in saleable condition with original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply. However, free returns and exchanges are available within 24 hours of ordering.

About 90% of the products listed on our website are in stock. If you have an urgent project, we recommend contacting us to confirm availability. If an item is out of stock, our team will notify you.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If an item is unavailable, our team will inform you of the estimated arrival time (ETA) and suggest the closest in-stock alternative. You may also choose to receive a full refund.
