Refund Policy

Returning of Goods
Return Policy for Change of Mind or Incorrect Ordering: 

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to return an item due to a change of mind or incorrect ordering, please be aware of the following conditions: 

To be eligible for a return, items must: 

  • Be complete with all original parts. 
  • Be in a flawless, saleable condition in the original packaging. 
  • Be returned within 90 days of purchase.

Refunds and Restocking Fees: 

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns or cancellations. 
  • Special orders are non-returnable. 
  • Items returned between 30-60 days will incur a 25% restocking fee. 
  • Items returned between 60-90 days will incur a 30% restocking fee. 
  • No returns are accepted after 90 days. 

Additional Freight Charges: 

  • For items exceeding 20kg in shipping weight, a freight surcharge will apply if returned within 30 days. YT Bathroom will calculate the freight charge, and it is payable by the customer. 

Full Refunds: 

  • Full refunds will be granted for items deemed unfit for purpose or when an alternative cannot be offered. 
  • Full refunds are also available for items with major faults or defects, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 

YT Bathroom reserves the right to handle returns on a case-by-case basis and at its sole discretion.

Damaged Goods

Filing Claims for Missing Packages: 

Packages Marked as "Delivered" but Not Received: 

If your tracking information indicates "delivered," but you have not received your package and there's no evidence of theft, please file a claim within 5 to 15 days of the delivery date. This allows time to verify if it was misdelivered or overlooked. 
Packages Presumed Lost (Not Marked as "Delivered"): 

If your package's status does not show "delivered" and you presume it to be lost, please file a claim 7 to 30 days after the last tracking checkpoint.
